Fun and Different Activities for April in Seattle

When you’re making plans to hang out with that someone special, why not try something a bit different instead of the usual dinner and movie routine? Here are two fun events that are rolling through the Seattle area in the next couple of weeks.

Through the Looking Glass - The Triple Door - April 8th through April 11th

Ever wondered what it would be like if the classic tale of Alice in Wonderland was populated with burlesque dancers? That’s exactly what this show promises, complete with jazz, other exotic music, dance and scantily clad women. For something sexy and unique, this event sits at the top of the list.

Sakura-Con - SeattleConvention Center - April 3rd, 4th & 5th

It’s one of the biggest anime conventions in the country and it’s happening this weekend. Join tens-of-thousands of other people as they celebrate their passion for Japanese culture, complete with special guests, panels and discussions, cosplay and several after-hours activities so that you can mingle.
