If you’re looking for something fun to do this April, check out the great offerings from the Seattle events scene. This month brings a geek-centric convention and a charity event filled with unique music. Both make excellent date destination ideas.
Beyond Ebola - Jazz Alley - March 30th
Help fund the fight against ebola in Africa by attending this amazing event filled with the music of Guinea. Hear the traditional rhythms mixed with modern influences as they produce some spectacular music. And if you want to give even more to help out, take part in their silent auction.
Norwescon - DoubleTree Hotel in SeaTac - April 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th
It’s one of the best sci-fi and fantasy conventions in all of the Pacific Northwest and it’s almost here. The main focus is literary in nature, though they still have lots of other fun convention activities, such as anime, cosplay, gaming and more. Stop off for one or more of the three days and experience this excellent gathering of like-minded, passionate people.
